To return or exchange an item, ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some items, like food and personal hygiene products, are non-returnable. Contact us at info@survival-hub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions. In rare cases, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
