You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s website. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at info@survival-hub.com, and we will assist you. *Some countries might not offer full tracking. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some products, such as food items and personal hygiene products, are non-returnable. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@survival-hub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions. Depending on the item you want to return, in some rare cases the shipping costs might be on customers' responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
