It's the second one I've bought. In reality, I give the item a 5-star rating for its appearance and material quality when touched and seen, but I have NEVER had to use it and I truly hope I don't have to. I live on some islands and I also have it in case of extreme cyclone episodes. If one day I have to use it and find that it doesn't work as expected, I assure you that I will leave another comment.
