Siberian Tomato
Siberian Tomato 'Black Prince' is a heritage tomato variety from the early 20th century, well-suited for cultivation in our Nordic climate with cooler summers. It is a mid-season tomato variety with ancient origins.
The tomatoes are relatively large, have thin skin, and a delicious color palette. They are rich in the carotenoid lycopene, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants. A single tomato plant yields 12–18 kg per season. The tomatoes can be consumed fresh, preserved, or used to make delicious tomato sauces.
